My sister has three kids. So recently she bought a huge trampoline-I believe it is 15ft wide. As soon as I saw it I needed to get on-despite the fact I was not dressed for sweating!

Let me tell you…it was SO MUCH FUN! I loved it. So much so that for a brief second I thought I should buy one, only to remember I am moving country in a couple of months!

It was a great workout and there are little mini goals that keep you occupied so that you don’t even realize you are exercising. I can now to a jump from feet down to knees and back up to feet again, the same for down to my butt and back up again as well as the two combined! Trying to improve my skill level became increasingly addictive the longer I stayed on.

If you have access to a trampoline you should totally try it out! I know we all can’t just run out and buy one but maybe you could check if there is a class in your area? Go with a friend and have some fun! You will be so surprised at what you can accomplish in such a short space of time! The next day my abs were hurting so I know it was good for those core muscles as well as me sweating and burning cals.

Had to include a mid-air pic! I would strongly advise against wearing your tightest skinniest jeans if you are gonna try it out!

Why not try getting a little silly and having some fun when burning cals? Trampolines are not just for kids. It seems to me that everyone could benefit from getting their bounce on!
